Unprofessional behavior, trolling, repeated unnecessary inquiries, or attempts to bypass requirements will result in immediate rejection and may lead to suspension or permanent ban.

All questions or inquiries must be directed to the Flight Operations Directors only when they are on duty.

Spamming staff or contacting unauthorized personnel is not permitted.

4. Conduct & Professionalism

 

All members are expected to behave professionally at all times.

Disrespect toward staff, leadership, or other members will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action.

5. Operational Realism

Pilots are expected to follow assigned routes, procedures, and operational standards.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or removal from the airline.

Temporary suspension

Serious or repeated violati

ons may result in immediate ban without prior warning.
